2011年8月，受中國平安財產保險海南分公司之邀，海南海大源管理咨詢有限公司與海南海大源職業(yè)培訓中心聯(lián)合承辦該公司《員工職業(yè)化心態(tài)與情緒壓力管理》內訓課程。此次內訓受到該公司領導高度重視，課程最終獲得了該公司高層領導們的肯定與高度贊揚。

此次內訓課程的培訓對象為中國平安財險海南分公司車意理賠部的全體員工，共八十人左右。課程內容側重對新進員工的職業(yè)化心態(tài)形成指導與全體員工的情緒壓力的有效調節(jié)與管理。培訓課程邀請到海南省心理咨詢師協(xié)會秘書長姚慶老師進行授課，共分兩個半天進行。
