2008年3月31日上午，海南海大源職業(yè)培訓中心高級培訓師、海南大學MBA導師、管理學院人力資源管理系主任鄭遠強副教授應邀到海南港航控股有限公司開展“績效管理”專題培訓講座。港航控股有限公司的120余位一級管理干部參加了培訓。鄭教授的到來受到該公司領導的熱烈歡迎。
本次授課的主要目的是提高公司管理層績效管理水平，為下一步公司推行系統(tǒng)管理做好宣傳工作。本次授課主要內(nèi)容主要包括：績效問題、績效管理常見的幾個誤區(qū)、績效管理的兩大基礎、績效的性質(zhì)、人力資源管理部門對考績的責任、績效管理經(jīng)驗、績效管理的實施、績效反饋、績效筐等。
在講座中鄭教授注重理論與實際相結(jié)合，應用了大量現(xiàn)代教學手段，生動形象,達到易接受，易吸收，易消化的效果，得到了現(xiàn)場所有聽課人員的一致好評。課程在輕松愉快的氛圍中圓滿結(jié)束。雖然只有兩個小時的交流，但是鄭教授贏得了該公司人員的高度評價，他所講授的內(nèi)容得到大家的一致認同。
課后，港航控股有限公司總經(jīng)理表示“這次培訓是兩家單位合作的開始”！該公司人力資源部李副部長也代表公司感謝鄭教授的到來，并希望能與海大源職業(yè)培訓中心再次合作關系！
